Tymebank untrained staff
I am very dissapointed in the service. I bought a R500 voucher on 31st October on the tymebank app under Food and Travel Just go (1 for you). DONT BUY ANYTHING FROM THE "BUY" icon. They cannot resolve the matter nor refund me. I have been sent from Tymebank support to Just go to Flash to 1foryou. The lady at 1foryou Mpumelo couldnt understand after explainjng to her and she dropped the phone in my ear. The speak up no on tymebank doesnt connect! Really! I am going to put this on all the social media platforms

09 Jul 2022, 15:47I had the same problem. The staff are clueless. I figured it out myself. I downloaded the app for eg just go for a bus ticke for the specifi vouchers and used it from there.
