TymeBank ***** unhelpful
On Sunday 19 January 2025 at 18h58, I discovered unauthorized and *****ulent transactions on my bank account and reported it immediately to Tymebank. I did not authorize or initiate these transactions, nor have I given my consent to any third party to access or use my bank account for such purposes. I have taken the necessary steps to secure my account. I submitted affidavit as a formal statement of the *****ulent activity and request that TymeBank and the South African Police Services investigate the matter and take appropriate action. I have been following up weekly with regards to the outcome and have not been assisted in a appropriate matter. Since my incident I have become aware of many more cases within TymeBank and believe they should compensate account holders if their systems are compromised.
