TymeBank unfair treatment

TymeBank is still adamant in unfreezing my account which they put on Debit Hold. I'm told to go do affidavit at police station and email and mail it to them. They are refusing to release my R500 and said if I cancel the account I will loose my R500! What an inconvenience. Please help in order for them to unfreeze my account. PK Kgamedi
