Tymebank - unexplained delay on fund withdrawal

I have withdrawn my funds from Tymebank 3 days ago however haven't received it yet. They state on their website that it takes 1 to 2 days to receive your funds, when transferred to a different bank. After calling them and being told that they have had a lot of similar complaints yesterday, I was told that they'll get back to me within 48 hours. However, after the call, I received an sms stating thay they will get back to me after 4 days. Isn't this my money? What is Tymebank doing?
