Tymebank / Tyme health

I went in Tymebank and i saw the medical cover. I then joined up as it was not bad with the prices and great cover. I added myself and my little 4 month old baby on it. They charge me R798 for the both of us but only myself is on the membership telling me that i have no dependent linked only myself. I would like to cancel this service. Please assist me how i can do so please ***.
