Tymebank took my money

I have had the worst week because of Tymebank my money is missing all I am getting is automated replies I have called I have emailed them I have even went on their social media,I get paid on Payoneer and transfer the money into my Tymebank I requested my money on Monday like I usually do on Payoneer and they approved my request and transferred the money into my bank account…usually the funds appear later in the day but this time nothing I told myself not to panic and wait a day it might be because I requested on a holiday it is Friday today and my money is nowhere to be found I have receipts that Payoneer transferred my money into my Tymebank account I sent emails with proof of POP’s I am getting automated replies that change everytime I want my money back I worked hard for that money.
