Tymebank *****s - ***** your money and hand over to lawyers

what a *****? We opened a bank account and app**** for a personal loan. We have been paying the loan for 6 months now.this morning we received a call from an lawyer to say we have been handed over for collection and loan was never paid. I phoned Tymebank and after the operator could not assist, I asked for the manager. What a disaster. 1st they could not assist because loan is on my husband's name. 2nd she just said that we can send an email to them. I told her that my husband could not phone him as phones is not allowed at the company. Still she did not want to assist or even phone him. she did not even want to go into his account to see if there is something wrong and why he was handed over. This is pathetic service and the are *****. they *****ing your money and then hand you over for non payments.
