TymeBank - They don't care!!!!

July 2023 two detectives arrived at my doorstop with a case of ***** against me. Someone had taken a copy of my ID and opened a Tymenank account in my name. I have never had a Tyme bank account in my life. These people were then ****ming innocent people using a bank account with Tymebank in my name. It has almost been a year and I cannot get this bank account closed. I am not allowed to see bank statements because I didn't open the bank account although it's in my name with my ID used to open it. I have spoken to people in the ***** department many, many times and each time they promise they will send through the documentation that this account has been closed and I never receive anything. How is it possible to *******ly open a bank account in someone else's name within minutes but I am struggling almost a year later to get this bank account closed down? This system protects the ********s. if you were a good, upstanding business you would go out of your way to get this complaint and actually ******* transaction dealt with quickly and efficiently. But here I am almost a year later begging you to close this bank account down!
