Tymebank the WORST BANK EVER

I have a account with them ,I lost my card about 8 to 9 months ago and my account with them are blocked now because the tellers they have cant pic up my fingerprint so I cant reset my cell number or any new information, I went to the teller at boxer shop in Klerksdorp the agent gave me 2 mail addresses where i can send my complaints, so i did to both addresses up to today no response no case number no woord from tymebank In my mail to them I did tell my story and explained everything to them even gave them my old details and the new details, The agent of tymebank called customer service from my phone and airtime while I was standing next to him He explained my story and still no joy !!!! PEOPLE PLEASE DO NOT USE TYMEBANK OR ANY PRODUCT OF TYMEBANK YOU WILL LOSE , I EVEN HAVE MONEY IN THE ACCOUNT I CANT GET BACK NOW !! THIS PEOPLE ARE ******S THEY WILL ***** FROM YOU IN ANY WAY THEY CAN , THERE IS NO CUSTOMER SERVICE NO CUSTOMER HELP NO CUSTOMER NOTHING FOR MORE INFO MY NUMBER IS ***
