TymeBank the worst

I lost my mother on the 06 June 2020 and was advised to collect all my mother's bank statements for her estate to be put together. All the other banks has provided us with the statements but not TymeBank I've been talking to a guy name Thuso who has been so useless but promises and then ignored my call when I want to follow up. This is the worst service I ever received
