TymeBank taking our money
A few weeks ago, TymeBank had an issue with their cards where they were declined at till points. I tried to draw from an ATM but it was also declined, but TymeBank still deducted the money, plus R18.00 for the transaction. I received the money back the following day, but not the transaction fee, even though I disputed it. My point here is that if TymeBank has 3 million clients, and let's say 500,00 were affected by the breakdown in their services and were charged a R18.00 transaction fee when trying to draw money, someone has scored R9,000,000.00. In other words, TymeBank has cost their clients R9,000,000.00. This is unacceptable.
