TymeBank sucks
Never bank with them. They are horrible. App is faulty. Money gets taken away from your bank and they refuse to refund. Bank still blocked so i can't access my funds that are in their acc. DO NOT BANK WITH THEM

15 Nov 2021, 16:20My acc was hacked. A goal worth R13k cashed out and R5000 withdrawn. A very rude consultant named Caroline called and told me that i would notbe reimbursed my money which i have been saving on a monthly basis to start my EF.
When i asked her why would l cash out a goal for R13 000 and withdraw R5000 if I had another goal for R6000. She rep**** by saying why am i asking her that? How would she know. She has had to have done her investigation.
I worked hard with my husband trying to put money aside and to have R5000 taken?? Just like that and you guys don't want to pay me back what is actually your fault.. Is disgusting and heartbreaking.
