TymeBank sucks

TymeBank is a bad bank with poor services. I sent money last week Wednesday 18th of September up until now there is no sign of my money. I've requested a proof of payment yesterday morning and still there isn't any. Their consultants say contradictory things, 1st agent said I'll get my proof of payment after the call, 2nd one said it takes 4-8hours okay I waited, when I called this morning the 3rd person said its 24-48hours to get a proof of payment. Ive used up +/- R150 on airtime trying to get to them worse and disgusting part is that they don't call back even if you get cut off.
