Tymebank suck
I did a cash sent never got an voucher number...spoke to a consultant she said my money will be transferred back into my account in 24hours it's been a week already Tymebank your customer service is pathetic wow...

10 Aug 2023, 08:01 Please try to resend the voucher code. You can resend the voucher by following the steps: Login > Menu > SendMoney > Open the transaction > Voucher status > RESEND VOUCHER. If the recipient's contact number is linked to a TymeBank account the funds will go directly to the recipient's TymeBank account. The TymeBank Team

Please try to resend the voucher code. You can resend the voucher by following the steps: Login > Menu > SendMoney > Open the transaction > Voucher status > RESEND VOUCHER. If the recipient's contact number is linked to a TymeBank account the funds will go directly to the recipient's TymeBank account. The TymeBank Team
