Tymebank stole my money

Tymebank ate my money,I've been calling almost everyday and all the consultants I spoke will tell me different stories everyday,they don't even want to give me the investigators name because they know that there's no money in my account they took it all claiming that they will get back to me before the end of the day everyday. I'm now taking the matter to the ombudsman because Tymebank stole my money
