Tymebank stole my money

Tymebank is a waist to bank with they ***** your money by locking your account and if you try calling them you spend hours on the phone and when they answer your call they tell you there is nothing they can do to assist you from they side or before they answer your call your airym run out

Some one changed my phone number on my profile and I tried calling them from one of they kiosk for assistance and they weren't able to assist me with my fingerprint that they couldn't verify and all they said was try again tomorrow

Which means I must walk again from my home to town centre for almost an hour to get disappointed again

I send several emails to tymebank and they didn't even bother to answer one email I also wrote several reviews on hello Peter which they also don't answer

They keep my srd grant payments hostage and I have tried many times to unlocked my account but there seems every time issues from they side

Im gonna report this matter to the ombudsman and I'm gonna put this matter on every social media platform that I know of they don't consider they clients financial sutautions and they are an big no if it comes to banking with them

I have waisted a lot of time and money on calls to them and nothing was done or sorted

They behavior is unexceptionable and they consultants don't put in any effort in to assist you

I'm taking my banking to an other bank and they can keep the money that they have ****** from me cause where do you hear that a bank consultant can't assist you with verifying your fingerprints even if you call them
