Tymebank stole my money

I tried depositing money into my betaway account on the 7th...it didn't reflect I logged a complaint twice ..the consultants kept telling me too wait they'll check with betaways bank...then suddenly today I call again they're saying they deposited my money on the 8th of march too someone else ,and I should be the one too track that person....is that even legal??Beware Tymebank is by far the most *****ed bank out there...
