Tymebank so unhelpful

Oh my word Tymebank is sadly lacking . My daughter emigrated to Australia and had to leave her account here open as she had a debit order on it for an RA. The RA has paid out but she cannot access her funds as she does not have another bank account in South Africa and they will not pay it onto her Australian Account as they don't do international transfers. They also won't pay it onto a third party account even though all the required documentation was provided and she was authenticated when she called them. Not only did they decline her request and close the case but it was suggested that she come here so she can take out the money. Seriously this bank takes third world to a whole new level. Trying to deal with the consultants was a nightmare. In my opinion I would strongly suggest anyone planning on opening an account should ask all the right questions .
