TYMEBANK SHOULD STEP DOWN

My boyfriend, myself and 2 friends were ********ly arrested resulting in a 4 month imprisonment. We are currently challenging the state with regards to our court case. During our incarceration, our friends, a couple with whom we share accommodation stole and sold all of our belongings and also found my boyfriends Tymebank bank card in my drawer. They proceeded to use his bank card without his permission using +- R10 000. They did not have his pin but apparently you can tap any Tymebank card for small amounts on purchases made. When he came out of prison, he logged into his Tymebank app only to discover the activity on his account and the monies missing. He proceeded to get in touch with Tymebank, informing them of the activity on his account during his incarceration etc. They blocked the card and opened up a case of ***** informing him that it would take 5 business's days to do an investigation. We had to phone them because we received no word from them, only for them to tell us that they can't do an investigation because he took too long to report it! So I ask you this, how on earth was he to know that they were using his bank card whilst he was in prison and when exactly could he have reported it sooner if he did then report it as soon as he came across this information. I am utterly disgusted that they will not pursue an investigation, therefore allowing these ********s to get away with bank ***** and theft, *****ing from someone who has no job and lives off of his SASSA grant. Tymebank is disgraceful and unaccommodating and they do not care to resolve an issue where a crime has been committed agains one of their clients through there lines. DO NOT USE TYMEBANK, THEY ARE *********** AND ARE MOST DEFINITELY NOT PHASED ABOUT THERE CLIENTS MONIES THAT HAS BEEN PLACED INTO THEIR TRUST AND CARE. THEY ARE LAZY AND NOT WILLING TO EMPATHIZE WITH THEIR CLIENT'S AND THEIR LOSS OF MONEY DUE TO *****ULENT ACTIVITY ON THEIR ACCOUNTS. TYMEBANK SHOULD STEP DOWN AND LEAVE THE FINANCIAL SERVICES TO THE PROFESSIONALS!!!
