TYMEBANK SERVICE THE WORST

This morning I went to the pick n pay at centurion mall to go collect a bank card for my newly opened bank account. I got there at 9am sharp and: 1. There was no one at the TymeBank kiosk. I waited there till 9:20 and the person was still not there. They apparently normally get to work between 9:30 & 10am since it's "not busy" in the morning 2. I tried to print the card myself and the machine was not working. Upon asking the staff members they confirmed that it has not worked for the past few days.

This is the worst service ever. Very disappointed with them. I have already transferred money into the account but now I can't access it since I don't have the card
