Called tymebank several times trying to get my GEPF documents stamped, first they sent me a document with errors which was thus rejected and from the 15th of May I cannot get an ambassadors available to sign and stamp my documents, this bank is more frustrating than making banking easier, worse stuff engagement from two call center agents MBALI MASHAWU (lacking peoples communication skills) and KIDIBONE who couldn't resolve my query and still left without a stamped document, frustrated by the lack of agents who are supposedly all off on a Monday "business day" Tableview/Tablebay Mall/Boxer Dunoon/Bayside Mall/ Milnerton Mall. ***** with this bank?????, what services are we paying for here????, FUDGE TYMEBANK ***....
