Tymebank **** - I lost R10,000

I was ****med by clicking on a link that promised 6000 pick n pay shopper points. R10,000 was withdrawn from my account. Tymebank says they not responsible I must report to the police - open a case. This **** is only possible if someone has access to tymebank back office so it must be an inside job. I feel Tymebank should refund my money as they not protecting their clients accounts . Maybe OTP not the way to go - rather use google authenticator.
