TymeBank ****

My money was withdrawn from my TymeBank account while I was at home with my card with me, after receiving an sms that there’s a scheduled payment on my account but I never made an payment schedule. I contacted TymeBank several times with no help, I sent them an email where they only acknowledged the ********** transaction and gave me a case number. Someone please help me. TymeBank isn’t safe to save your money with and the worst part is that they never inform their clients of any typical ********** activities. Please help I need my money back

I’m using Capitec as I cancelled my TymeBank card due to *****, so my Capitec account number is ***. I hope somebody calls me because I will take this up with my lawyer should I be ignored once again. *** I hope they call!

Really? You reply with a case ID request again just after providing one for you? This simply shows that you are a **** or someone’s definitely ******** us in your institution and you’re deliberately helping or protecting them!

unfortunately, if you shared your OTP with anyone we won’t be able to assist you any further. We recommend you change your login details immediately. The TymeBank team (or TymeBank employees) will never ask for information that can be used to access your account, change your login details or authorize transactions on your account such as an OTP or your login PIN.

You’re a ****. you never tell people about links that compromises peoples money put in your trust! You are responsible for this. I’ll warn people about your bank and it’s lack of safety. You just starting yet you don’t even care of your clientele and their safety needs.
