Tymebank says they will only reset my app pin after 72 hours
Called customer service to reset my banking pin app, however after 20 minutes was wasted on the call by *********** and unprofessional service for just trying to reset the banking pin, they now say i must wait until the 19th before they can assist me and i cannot transact and pay my accounts. Tymebank is the worst any other bank they could have assisted within 3 minutes.

17 Apr 2024, 10:01Hi there Theodore, please note that you can also visit our TymeBank kiosks found at the Pick n Pay or Boxer, TFG stores to reset your blocked PIN. You can follow these steps:
Go to any TymeBank Kiosk
Select ‘Login’
Enter your ID number
Select the option to log in with a PIN
Select the ‘I have forgotten my PIN’ option
Follow the onscreen instructions to change your PIN.
