Tymebank robbing clients of their last monry

Good day kindly note that tymebank blocked my mother's bank account with the childrens grocery money in the account. It's been 2 weeks of hell. We called the bank a million times we are not getting help. 1500 grocery money gone. Hellopeter please assist my family.
