Tymebank respond to customers

I sent a money voucer to a non existing number even contact tymebank via email which was a total ****ing waste of time because its an automated email so they say

Worst thing it says it replies after 1 business day which is bull**** Tried calling them even All i need is a reversal because thats a lot of money
