TymeBank refuses to reverse my money.

I loved TymeBank and their services very much until recently when I transferred money into a wrong account swapped the last two numbers but the name and surname were correct now they telling me that they can not reverse my money and the receipant is refusing, how do you refuse with money that is not yours it's very disappointing that TymeBank didn't even try to freeze the money it means they allowing ********ity to take place and self inrichmeant. Their platform was used to make the transaction so them being unable to reverse it is unjust and unfair why did the funds go through if the name and surname did not correspond with the account number. This is alot of money to be lost just like that worse part it was meant for a funeral. Very unhappy with TymeBank and unsatisfied with the response that the is nothing they can do.
