Tymebank REFUND refusal

Tymebank refuses to assist with refunding the money I used to buy electricity which was not successful.

they sent this for me to do: "Hey Yamkela, Electiricity USSD *120*543# SELECT Option3,3,1,1( on the clients correspondence SMS token number should be there)

App/internet Banking 1) Click buy 2) Click ELECTRICTY 3) In previous purchases 4) CLICK THE METER NO Not buy again"

I did that but the steps they sent are not the same with what is on the USSD this is the response I got

Transaction History. Date: 27-Sep-2022 Meter: **********2 Amount: R50.00 Status: FAILURE

Your twitter team said something different.

Tymebank: Our team has confirmed that the funds have been credited to your account. Please check your bank statement or transaction list.

Me: Hi I haven’t received anything apart from what I transferred from my other account today.

Tymebank: Hi there, we're truly sorry about the inconvenience caused by this. We've escalated the issue to the team, and they should give you a call soon.

I am still waiting.

Please stop saying the funds were credited when nothing is reflecting, I have R170 after having deposited R300 this month and used R130. If I could I was going to attach screenshots of my transactions and current Balance. Honestly, this is really frustrating, having to get to another month (November) with a query from September.
