TymeBank | Re-FICA Due / Account blocked

Hello ,

Why are you people so heartless at Tymebank , you blocked my account for more than one year now with my money inside . have been calling several times and you people still believe calling if what will solve this matter. What is wrong with you people? I have a baby and I need the money in my account. The last time I called , the agent was telling me they wanted to take my money out and gave me my account back. Why would you people take my money before opening an account ? Is that not *****ing from your staff ? Please unblocked the account.

According to the R-FICA message I got this morning, my account is supposed to be open by now but it was blocked intentionally by one of your workers there. I have submitted all the affidavit documents but still I can not get into my account according to the attached screenshot from the app.

I DO NOT HAVE MONEY FOR AIRTIME , I CAN NOT KEEP BORROWING MONEY FOR AIRTIME WITHOUT YOU PEOPLE GIVING ME A STRAIGHT SOLUTION TO THIS MATTER , I WANT MY MONEY IN MY ACCOUNT BACK.
