Tymebank put my account on hold and doesn't want to unbock it

My Current Savings account was put on hold reason being that i was reported by an FNB client who claimed that i ****med them an amount on R1001,21 and i was involved in an Amazon thing which i know nothing about.I was never involved in Amazon things and i know nothing about them.im doing online stockvel and it was my month to get paid so every member paid me but didn t report my account only this one reported my account and they don't have any proof of me talking to them directly about amazon or me talking to them about money,we don't talk privately in the stockvel so he failed to submit proof that i was talking to him about Amazon but my account is still put on hold.They said they'll unblock it as I've provided the required documents within 5 days even now they are still quit.Tymebank Unblock my account.
