TymeBank Protect *****sters To ***** From ACCOUNTS

I was held at gunpoint and money was transferred out of my account using the TYMEBANK app, I did everything in my power to report everything immediately after it happened. I reported the individual to Discovery bank who told me the only people that can claim my money back is TymeBank.

The ***** department at Tymebank is saying because an OTP was sent, they are not going to follow up on my claims of *****, but I explained in detail that they took my phone and made transaction with the app. Now I have lost half my salary because Tymebank refuse to investigate and there is nothing the police can do if the bank I bank whith doesn't want to help
