Tymebank profile blocked

Tymebank is just the worst bank you can ever bank with, I deposited money and it was fine and just by making a R30k payment my profile is blocked and they take forever promising to call in 8 hours and they never I have to follow them and still can't unblock my account. How do you even survive with such a nonsensical bank keeping your money. I'm so ****ed off
