Tymebank Popa and call center query

Tymebank doesn't apply to their own terms and conditions. I got a coupon code to get R30 discount at Debonairs Pizza (Popa promotion) on the 9th of January. According to the terms and conditions of the Popa promotions on Tymebank's website, a coupon expires 1 month after the code is received. Today is the 7th of February (2 days before the expiration date, which they don't even name in the SMS) and I wanted to use my coupon code and it said expired. I called the query Nr provided in the SMS, held on for about 21 minutes and still didn't get any answer. We live about 15 km away from Debonairs Pizza. I think it is decent that we get a R30 refund for the voucher that didn't work or a new R30 voucher to use at Debonairs Pizza.
