TymeBank Poor Service

Three weeks ago money was withdrawn from my account....I reported the matter to TymeBank, they promised to investigate, since then they have never came back to me. I tried customer care, they blocked my account for 24 hours citing I didn't answer security questions correctly......This is ******* service from TymeBank
