Tymebank poor service

I am very angry and disappointed with this bank I made a deposit into my tymebank account at boxer store and is not reflecting I reported the matter to customer service and they tell me I will have to wait 4 days before they can resolve the matter. My worries is I need the money now because I need to make an urgent payment but they telling me they offline and they don't know what happened and their technical team will only be available on the 19th of December 2019 but I made the deposit on the 14th of December 2019 I need my money now
