Tymebank poor security- *****ulent transaction & Poor customer service

An amount of R5000 was *****ulent transferred from my Tymebank account and was withdrawn from Pick n Pay. I reported the ***** to Tyme bank and now they are refusing to refund my money which is very clear that it was a *****ulent transaction which is related to their week security measures. Please be careful of leaving your monies into your Tymebank accounts, otherwise you will end up crying like me without Tymebank taking responsibility .
