Tymebank please unblock my account its been 2 years now

It's been almost 2 years since tymebank blocked my account due to ***** case, they said someone reported my account to even though I gave them all valid information that I was working online and showed proof but they still cant uplift the block.. I don't know what to do anymore because the person reported the account cant be found and the platform that I was working online from its also not available anymore.. so please help me get my account, thank you
