TymeBank : Please release my late mom's funds.

My mom ( ID No: *** 080) passed away on 15th February, 2025. She had two accounts with TymeBank. We noticed a *****ulent transaction of R5000.00 on her account which was transferred to an unknown account on the 27th January 2025@ 17:37. We reported this *****ulent transaction with TymeBank ***** Department. After numerous calls of enquiry , we were finally told that the dispute was rejected. It is alleged that the transaction was made by a person who is a beneficiary to my late mom. Strangely, on the 27th January 2025, she was already in a sick bed. As an executor to my mom's estate, I further requested full information as to who made a transaction, its then I was told to go to a Police Station to do an affidavit in order for them to release *****ster's full information.I'm still waiting for their response.

Secondly, TymeBank is refusing to transfer my mom's funds to my TymeBank account with their lame reasoning that I should open an Estate Account. I have asked them to qoute a clause in South African Administration of Deaceased Estate which compels an executor to open an Estate Account when deceased estates do not exceed R250.000. All other main banks had already transferred my mom's funds to my personal bank accounts whilst TymeBank had been sending me from pillar to post for the past 3 weeks. I'm so annoyed with their poor services & will not rest until my late mom's funds are released.

When I called TymeBank ***** department today I'm being told a different story by Mandla & Khutso. On Wednesday last week, I was advised by Simthembile to go & do an Affidavit in order for them to release information of the person who *****ulently transacted R5000.00 on my late mom's account.

I'm so annoyed with incompetency of TymeBank officials & will not leave this to rest until the culprit is found.

All required documents were sent to TymeBank longtime ago & again forwarded to Ntombi Khoza today as evidence as Support Department falsely claimed not to have received documents.
