Tymebank people stole my money

My name is Tshifhiwa Samantha Mathavha. My money was ****** on my Tymebank account on the 25 of December 2024. I had R9800 in my account. Apparently my account was hacked and the people or person who did this bought Hollywood bet voucher and transferred R6700to a Mr Dlamini capitec acc.i was told that I would be able to get the R6700 back since it was transferred to other bank but wen I got the feedback they told me it was declined. What I want to know is how did this Mr Dlamini got my ID number and phone number to get access to my Tymebank app. The cal center ppl are not helpful at all.i want mymney bank
