TymeBank - Pathetic service from their call centre.

I made an online payment of R150 to another bank account on 16 December 2020. The money has not been credited to this account as yet after more than 2 weeks. I have sent numerous emails to TymeBank's call centre for them to investigate what went wrong. Until now I have not received any response from Tymebank, they just ignore all my emails. I have sent a total of seven emails. This is a pathetic and poor service from TymeBank.
