Tymebank pathetic service

Pathetic service at tymebank. You call for an hour and they sending you from pillar to post. Nobody is taking responsibility or doing their job. My account is locked and I can't access my money. I'm told to wait for 48 hours which is ridiculous.

I'm not applying for a loan mos but need access to my account, my money immediately. I don't even know why I opened one in the first place, I regret it because they don't even have a walk in branch
