TymeBank - Pathetic customer service, just another typical African institution.

In December 2020 TymeBank duplicated one of my deposits into my bank account. This dates back to October 2020. I did not realize it at the time. The amount was only R600.00. I paid back R347 since Jan 2021 and send a few emails to TymeBank promising to settle the full outstanding amount of R253 at the END of February 2021. They ignored all my emails without any acknowledgement. Then on 19 February 2021 they deducted the outstanding amount without informing me or my consent. What a typical African institution doing whatever they please and show no empathy or customer service at all. I will be closing both my accounts during March 2021 once I opened a new bank account with another bank. To say the least, I hate them!
