Tymebank pathetic customer service

Unfortunately, as i gather im not the only one getting zero feedback and customer service from Tymebank. I have ordeted food from Mr Delivery. Long story short. Mr Delivery refunded me for an order that was not delivered. Mr Delivery put the credit bank into my Tymebank account. That was 11.9.2020. Its been more than a month Mr Delivery send me a proof of payment on 14.9.2020. Until todat,Tymebank has yet to put the funds in my account. They are just passing the blame bucket. And not fair on a consumer. I phoned them every 5 working days. Its been 4 x 5 working days. Now the latest is they have to speak to ABSA regarding my funds. Its pathetic to say the least. Realy
