Tymebank or Pick n Pay *********** clients?

I deposited money into a friend tymebank acc and he was able to draw the full amount at a pick n pay in pe. I transferred again and he went to a different pnp (new one in standford road opp the cemetery) and they gave him an amount less about 10.5% !!! They said it was a service charge. WHO IS RIPPING PEOPLE OFF? Pnp or tymebank?

Tymebank can check my account and verify the transfers and withdrawals that my friend made.

Secondly, I received a 'prize' of R20 airtime. I gave it to a friend who redeemed it but he did not receive the airtime. Is tymebank misleading clients ?

Tymebank should have an email address for complaints .... a telephone call costs clients.

I'm going to report this to the banking ombudsman if it's not resolved.
