TYMEBANK NOT SUITABLE FOR GOVERNMENT OFFICIALS

I am very disappointed with TymeBank. I need an original copy of a specific form to be completed for the purpose of arranging my pension to be paid into my TymeBank account. TymeBank has supp**** such via e-mail but GEPF does not accept copies of such a form. Katlego Mothupi was very helpfull, but indicated that Tyme bank is not prepared to send me such a form via Courier or Mail. This means I will need to physically go to their offices in Rosebank ! The petrol cost to do this will outweigh the benefit of the attractive interest rate TymeBank offers when your pension/salary is deposited into your TymeBank account.
