Tymebank not Reliable

My money was withdrawn from my account and immediately I called Tymbank and fortunately the consultant told me that she can see that my money was transferred to Standard Bank. She then said they are making sure to stop/block the money so that I can get it back. This happened in December 2024 . I was then sent a Case number. Until to date Tymebank was unavailable . I have emailed an affidavit they have asked for but nothing concrete is said. What is worse they gave me an email address that is not working.
