Tymebank not registered with SARS = cant get my tax refund from SARS!

I changed my bank details on Efilling to my new Tymebank account and was requested to take proof of new account to SARS. I sat in the SARS que for almost 2 hours just to be told by SARS they cannot help me as Tymebank is not a registered bank with them. They cannot load Tymebank details on their system. So I can not receive any tax refund. I emailed Tymebank and to date have had no response!
