tymebank (not recommended)

I went to PnP, i don’t whether to say tymebank is trash or PnP or the whole integration chain. Yesterday, somebody sent me money, so i had to go and withdraw at a PnP till because i am not a tymebank user, the service was offline the whole day yesterday, today when i get there to redeem my code, they tell me that the voucher has already been used. What the hell am I supposed to do? sies
