Tymebank not free

Do not use Tymebank. They say they are for free but they are not. They reject my purchase while there is money in my accounts then charge me R6 then when you try to withdraw the money they reject it and charge you R9. The consultants are completely in competent and do not know how to solve the problem they just say that's not suppose to happen and the call center puts the phone down in your ear before you even tell them what the problem is
