TymeBank not efficient with peoples money

I went to the ATM to withdraw money but the money didn’t come out of the machine but went out of my account. TymeBank said it would take 3 days to reverse we are on day 22... Lucinda who is Apparently in charge doesnt take calls or respond to emails
